Hi there,

I am Julia, a multimedia artist, ceramicist and web designer. In my artistic practice, I am interested in investigating themes of childhood, sexuality and the erotic, exploring the intricacies of desire and the objects that surround it.

I found in ceramics more than just a medium through which I can recreate these objects, but a practice that allows me to re-access childhood and teenagehood desires, memories and feelings.

My practice is heavily influenced by decolonial, feminist and queer theory and art.
